Beneficiaries

The results will be analysed and a first report on problem identification and solutions will be drafted. Within a series of highly interactive workshops, best practices and solutions in project management and financial management in particular will be developed.

This will result in a best practices guidebook and toolkit, to be disseminated throughout the INTERREG community by all possible means (websites, email, conferences) so that all people involved in INTERREG can benefit from it (which includes all the INTERREG secretariats!).

The main objective is, for the next programming period, on project level, to ease the process of application and to facilitate the control of projects, once approved and running.
